Hanging your bike from a compressed Reverb AXS seatpost or pulling up on a compressed post will not cause any issues. The air-over-air design featured in Reverb AXS will forcibly bypass air from one chamber to another preventing damage. Please note, it takes a considerable amount of force to get the post to extend by pulling up or hanging a bike from it.
