If you want to affect the progressive bottom-out spring and tune the final 30% of travel, change the eyelet token. Harsh bottom outs, or conversely not bottoming out at the correct air pressure, mean you want to tune your eyelet tokens.
If you want to affect the main spring rate and the initial 70% of travel, change the air sleeve tokens. These will change mid-stroke support. Removing tokens means more air volume=plusher and more compliant. Adding tokens means less air volume=firmer.
