SG920 was developed by Maxima and chosen by RockShox due to its ability to reduce friction in dynamic situations and perform better across a broader range of temperatures. As a result of the reduction in friction and increased performance, products featuring SG920 have had to be specifically developed around these new performance benchmarks.
SG920 is exclusively available in select RockShox products and won’t be found in any competitor’s products from the factory.
