Currently, RockShox/SRAM Technical Service Centers do not operate consumer-direct. The only exception is in Australia, and you can learn more about that here.
To have your RockShox product serviced or evaluated at a SRAM Technical Service Center, you must first take it to your nearest SRAM-authorized shop or dealer (can be found at our Dealer Locator). The shop or dealer will then evaluate your product and work with the nearest SRAM Technical Service Center or partner to determine next steps, potential cost, and turnaround time.
RockShox service kits and spare parts are best obtained through your local shop or dealer. See our dealer locator, below, to find a dealer near you. If no one is currently listed near you, then please search for local shops via your preferred web browser.
