Yes. Include a note regarding “Warranty Evaluation” in the item’s Problem Description when you submit your request. A credit card, copy of the original proof of purchase from an authorized retailer, and necessary product images are required when submitting a warranty request. You will be notified regarding the status of your request following the in-house evaluation. If the warranty request is approved, you will not be charged for the service or the return of the item from our service center. If you do not qualify for warranty coverage, an estimate for the repair will be sent for your approval. Paid service is not completed until it has been approved.
